Eli Bernstein is based in Perth, Western Australia. Eli is president of the Australia
India Business Council in Western
Australia and advises strategy and policy to leading players in the state's electricity and energy market. Prior to that, he worked as
an adviser in capital markets (specializing in energy and
resources) and in financial advisory services.
Eli has a MBA from the University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Curtin University and a Diploma of Financial Services from the Australian College of Financial Services. Eli has served on a number of corporate and community boards.
Eli currently sits on the National Executive Committee of the Australia India Business Council; the management committee of the Australian Institute of Energy (Perth); the Climate Change and the International Trade committees of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in WA; and the Indian Ocean Dialogue Advisory Group of the Perth-based think tank Future Directions International.
Eli is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
